Godfall - Concept for Codex Room

In this concept I was reaching for more of that vast feel. I wanted this space that felt almost like those mirror art installations, with lights reaching out and slowly diminishing into infinity.
In Clarisse I used a point array with spheres and emissive textures as well as a depth map. The rest is just textures and painting in photoshop. It came out a bit too stark and empty. Didn't feel grand enough to me. In the end we went another direction.
